Summit Hill Flavors Awarded a Patent For Its Unique and Natural Chef's Grill® Flavor Technology
Middlesex, NJ (August 31, 2011) - Summit Hill Flavors, a member of the Activ International Group, has been issued a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for its special Grill Flavor process technology (United States Patent No. 7,988,819). This new technology is designed to capture the real and authentic taste and aroma of grilled meat, poultry. The resulting products from this new system and its methods will offer the food ingredient and food processor industry more authentic grilled flavors currently not available in the market.
