USDA Approves Real Meat, Poultry and Vegetable Savory Flavors for “Natural” Products
MIDDLESEX, NJ - Summit Hill Flavors, Middlesex, N.J. announces the USDA/FSIS has approved their MinPro™ line of real Savory Flavors for use in USDA Inspected Meat and Poultry Products making the “Natural” claim. MinPro™ Natural Flavors are “minimally processed” and are made from hormone free and antibiotic free “natural” chicken, turkey, ham, bacon and beef raw materials. The flavors provide a “clean label” with no added flavor enhancers or artificial ingredients. Flavors are available both for dry and liquid applications and can be used in meat & poultry marinade & basting solutions, soups, broths, gravies, sauces, breading & coatings, pasta, side dishes, food bases, flavor systems, topical coatings & seasonings, and main dishes.
