Regulatory Changes
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has determined that all flavor manufacturers using real meat and poultry in their process operations now come under sole jurisdiction of USDA-FSIS. Summit Hill Flavors uses real meat and poultry in the manufacture of its “natural, clean-label” meat and poultry flavors, and has been granted USDA inspection.

Headquartered in Middlesex, New Jersey, Summit Hill® Flavors has production facilities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Iceland.

Our warehouses are located in New Jersey and Washington State.  For our Canadian customers, we can provide warehousing support through our distribution partner, located in Ontario. 

On a per-case-basis, we can also provide warehousing support through our international partner network.

For enhanced service to our customers, we opperate national sales offices out of New Jersey and Wisconsin.
