Derived from Real Meat, Summit Hill® Flavors is able to provide a wide range of meat flavor profiles processed under carefully controlled conditions. Our Meat flavors can be used in a wide range of applications ranging from soups, sauces and gravies to meat marination. Some examples of our technology are:
11502 - Beef Flavor - Broiled/Salt-Free This is the “no salt” dry version of 11002. No salt is used/required in the dry formulation. Great flavor for dry seasoning applications where sodium restriction is a concern. 11503 - Beef Flavor - Roasted “No salt” dry version of 11003…also great for adding a rich, roast beef flavor to dry seasoning blends and dry soups and gravies… clean label. 12501 - Beef Flavor Liquid flavor from a total protein phase that delivers a unique “braised beef” flavor. This flavor works well, nutritionally, to flavor low-fat soups, sauces, gravies & marinade pumps. 13501 - Beef Flavor This lipid/fat phase delivers a heavy, rich flavor top note to soups, sauces and gravies. Applications using lean meat can be enhanced greatly with this flavor. 34504 - Bacon Flavor - Cooked The authentic flavor of lightly smoked, cooked bacon with real meaty, smoked pork flavor notes…tastes great in bean, potato & pea soup and baked, canned bean applications. 41513 - Pork Flavor - Broiled Delivers the real, characteristic flavor of open-pan, broiled pork. The dry version is low salt. Designed for soups, sauces and gravies. 41515 - Pork Flavor - Roasted Characteristic of dark, open-pan, slow-roasted pork roast…very clean label. The dry version is also low in salt…great for gravies, sauces and seasoning blends. 42501 - Pork Flavor This water-soluble, aqueous (protein based) flavor has an excellent roasted pork flavor with a extremely low fat content…great for soups and broths and low/no-fat applications. 51602 - Ham Flavor 12001 - Beef Flavor Liquid flavor from a total protein phase that delivers a unique “braised beef” flavor. This flavor works well, nutritionally, to flavor low-fat soups, sauces, gravies & marinade pumps. 12020 - Beef Flavor - Concentrate Highly concentrated version of 12001… Approximately 8 to 10 fold increased concentration to be used in applications where high intensity, low-fat flavor is required. 12047 - Organic Beef Flavor - Roasted 15007 - Beef Flavor - Stock This liquid product delivers a real beef broth flavor with light vegetable flavor top notes… great addition to beef and vegetable soups. 32001 - Bacon Flavor Water-soluble flavor of lightly smoked, cooked bacon…great in soups and sauces. 42001 - Pork Flavor This water-soluble, aqueous (protein based) flavor has an excellent roasted pork flavor with a extremely low fat content…great for soups and broths and low/no-fat applications. 51002 - Ham Flavor 11015 - Veal Flavor 11051 - Organic Beef Flavor - Roasted 11102 - Beef Flavor - Broiled Ingredients: Beef Flavor, Salt Provides excellent broiled beef flavor character to soups, sauces, gravies and meat products. Great clean label … “Beef flavor and salt, xanthan gum” when used in an USDA product. 11103 - Beef Flavor - Roasted This liquid flavor is characteristic of real, open-pan, roast beef and also performs well in soups, sauces gravies and meat products. Very clean label…. “Beef flavor and salt, xanthan gum”. 13001 - Beef Flavor This lipid/fat phase delivers a heavy, rich flavor top note to soups, sauces and gravies. Performs well in soups and soup bases. 13019 - Organic Beef Flavor - Dripping 34006 - Bacon Flavor - Cooked Flavor profile is between the 34004 and the 34005. 41013 - Pork Flavor - Broiled Delivers the real, characteristic flavor of open-pan, broiled pork. The dry version is low salt. Designed for soups, sauces and gravies. 41015 - Pork Flavor - Roasted Characteristic of dark, open-pan, slow-roasted pork roast…very clean label. The dry version is also low in salt…great for gravies, sauces and seasoning blends. 51007 - Ham Flavor - Honey Baked This flavor provides a sweet, honey glazed ham flavor to meat products, gravies & sauces. |
