Chicken FlavorsSome examples of our proven flavors and their functionality:

Concentrated Beef & Chicken Flavors:
The most intense, "clean label",  meat & poultry flavors available as flavor ingredients in the market today also including all-natural Beef and Chicken Flavors from minimally processed North American beef and chicken.

Natural Seafood Flavors and Enhancers:
A very intense seafood flavor that allows the food processor to enhance soups, sauces, gravies, and entrees while reducing the amount (cost) of seafood used in the application. Authentic Lobster, Crab and Shrimp Flavors are available.

Natural Mushroom Flavors:
Allows soup, sauce, and gravy manufacturers the opportunity to use a clear mushroom flavor that will not darken the application, like most other mushroom flavors. Also, a new Roasted Mushroom Flavor is now available that duplicates the flavor of slow-roasted dark mushrooms.

Fried, Sautéed, Charred, Roasted & Charbroiled Grill Flavors:
These flavors are designed to deliver the natural, authentic flavor that is generated from the various cooking processes that will add value and reduce cost to meat, poultry, seafood, soups, sauces, seasonings and flavor systems.

"Vegetarian" Beef, Pork, Chicken, Bacon & Ham Type Flavors:
These flavors provide the savory meat notes to vegetarian (soy) meat analogs, while containing all non-meat (kosher) ingredients.

Chicken FlavorsRoux, Mirepoix & Vegetarian Stock Flavors:  
These flavors are designed to deliver the taste of a tradition culinary French-type mirepoix, which is a rich and savory roasted vegetable mixture of celery, carrots and onions. These products work well as a foundation flavor in any soup, sauce, gravy and vegetarian product.

Dry & Liquid Bacon Flavors:
The real flavor from meaty, pre-cooked and crispy bacon.

Roasted and Toasted Red & Green Bell and Chipotle Peppers,
Roasted Sundried Tomato and Roasted and Toasted Onion and Garlic Flavors:

Via special technology, these flavor products deliver the authentic taste of the characterizing vegetable that has been either "roasted, toasted or caramelized".
