Not only does Summit Hill® Flavors carefully extract Real Poultry, we can also standardize specific flavor profiles meeting the end user's flavor profile and dietary needs. Some of our flavors are: 21521 - Chicken Flavor - Roasted Spray dry version of 21021 that also has “no salt added” in the dry formulation… excellent roasted chicken flavor profile for sodium restricted seasoning blends, dry soups and dry marinate systems. 22501 - Chicken Flavor This aqueous (water-soluble, protein phase) chicken flavor exhibits lightly roasted chicken meat flavor notes. Great product for low-fat/no-fat soups, broths and poultry applications. 22528 - Organic Chicken Flavor - Roasted 23501 - Chicken Flavor This flavor is a lipid/fat phase product that performs well in soups, sauces and gravies to deliver the rich, fatty chicken stock flavor notes … plates very well on salt/dextrose for seasoning blends. 24608 - Chicken and Turkey Flavor All-purpose, dry poultry flavor with a real taste of oven-cooked poultry… great for dry soups, sauces, gravies and seasoning blends. 61515 - Organic Turkey Flavor - Roasted 62501 - Turkey Flavor This aqueous (water-soluble, protein phase) flavor works well to add a lightly roasted turkey meat flavor to soups, gravies and poultry products…especially where low-fat nutritionals are required. 22001 - Chicken Flavor This aqueous (water-soluble, protein phase) chicken flavor exhibits lightly roasted chicken meat flavor notes. Great product for low-fat/no-fat soups, broths and poultry applications. 22015 - Chicken Flavor Concentrated version of 22001. 22028 - Organic Chicken Flavor - Roasted 23037 - Chicken Flavor - Dark-Roast This flavor is oil soluble and can be plated in spice and seasoning application, adds dark-roasted skin notes. 25002 - Chicken Stock Flavor A chicken flavor specifically designed to reduce the use of difficult-to-handle chicken stock and flavor bases while adding a true meat/stock profile. 62010 - Turkey Flavor - Concentrate Concentrated version of 62001. 62101 - Turkey Flavor This aqueous (water-soluble, protein phase) flavor works well to add a lightly roasted turkey meat flavor to soups, gravies and poultry products…especially where low-fat nutritionals are required. 21008 - Chicken Flavor - Boiled This flavor is characteristic of fresh boiled, chicken. This product is designed for retort/aseptic soup applications…also works well in concentrated soup base applications. 21030 - Organic Chicken Flavor - Roasted 21038 - Organic Chicken Flavor - Boiled Concentrate 21119 - Chicken Flavor - Broiled Flavor profile is that of lightly broiled chicken cooked under an open flame. Excellent for soups, gravies and poultry pumped and/or vacuum tumbled marinating solutions. 21121 - Chicken Flavor - Roasted This is an excellent flavor that delivers the authentic flavor profile of open-flame, roasted chicken combining the roasted skin and meat notes. 23001 - Chicken Flavor This flavor is a lipid/fat phase product that performs well in soups, sauces and gravies to deliver the rich, fatty chicken stock flavor notes … plates very well on salt/dextrose for seasoning blends. 23010 - Chicken Flavor - Concentrate Concentrated version of 23001. Oil soluble. 23022 - Chicken Flavor - Roasted Oil soluble, palatable flavor that provides the flavor of crispy chicken skin drippings that is generated during the roasting and/or rotisserie cooking process. Adds rich flavor to soups, sauces & gravies. 23025 - Organic Chicken Flavor 61008 - Turkey Flavor - Roasted This flavor delivers the authentic flavor of “oven-roasted” turkey to soups, sauces, gravies and processed turkey meat products…great clean label… “Turkey Flavor and Salt”. 61015 - Organic Turkey Flavor - Roasted 63101 - Turkey Flavor This flavor is a lipid/fat phase product that performs well in soups, sauces and gravies to deliver the rich, fatty chicken stock flavor notes … plates very well on salt/dextrose for seasoning blends. |
