Summit Hill Flavors, Middlesex, N.J. announces the USDA/FSIS has approved their MinPro™ line of real Savory Flavors for use in USDA Inspected Meat and Poultry Products making the “Natural” claim. MinPro™ Natural Flavors are “minimally processed” and are made from hormone free and antibiotic free "natural" chicken, turkey, ham, bacon and beef raw materials.

Summit Hill® Flavors is an operating company of Flavor & Food Ingredients, Inc. Flavor & Food Ingredients (F&FI) was founded and incorporated in New Jersey in 1990 by Dr. Jurgen Scheide, a world leader in processed savory flavor R&D. 

Our Certifications:
Summit Hill® Flavors is Kosher certified by Organized Kashruth Laboratories (K), Halal certified by IFANCA and certified organic by Quality Assurance International. The company operates under a continuous HACCP plan.
